Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Apex - Daily Expense Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Usage

Apex - Daily Expense Tracker is provided "as is" for personal financial tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any PIN/Password set within the app.

3. User Responsibility & Data Accuracy

The App is a tool for self-management. We are not financial advisors. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for making any financial decisions based on that data.

While we offer Google Drive backup functionality, we represent no guarantee that data will never be lost due to technical failures beyond our control (e.g., Google service outages or device hardware failure).

4. Google Drive Integration

The App uses Google Drive services for optional backup/restore. Your use of these services is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any feature (including specific integrations like Google Drive) with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer (Mohd Jawwad) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
